RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
We want to keep things simple and clear.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and original packaging must be included if applicable

Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Final sale items:

Items damaged after delivery

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Pre-orders and cancellations:
Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before the order has shipped.
If you placed a pre-order and would like to cancel before it ships, contact us with your order number and we will cancel the order and process the refund.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, the return and exchange policy applies.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized returns:
Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
