Order Changes

MY SHIPPING INFO IS INCORRECT/HAS CHANGED

If you need to update your shipping information, please email us at builtbymission@gmail.com with your order number and the corrected shipping address.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to update the address. Mission is not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

All sales are final, with limited exceptions. Pre-orders are final.

PRE-ORDERS VS READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

  • Pre-orders: Items marked as pre-orders require 3-4 weeks of production before shipping. The product description will specify if an item is a pre-order.
  • Ready-to-ship items: These are in stock and typically ship within 3-5 business days.

Please email builtbymission@gmail.com with your order number and requested changes. If the item is already in production or sold out, we will not be able to accommodate the change.

All sales are final, so contact us ASAP if you need any modifications.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping times vary depending on the product.

📌 Check the product description for estimated processing and shipping times. Pre-order items take roughly 4 weeks for production before they ship.

TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS A DELAY

If your tracking shows delays, please contact us at builtbymission@gmail.com or text/call 613-323-5120, and we will assist in checking the status of your shipment.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some restrictions may apply due to international shipping limitations.

Mission is not responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

📌 Please include a phone number at checkout to assist with delivery.

Customs/VAT fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Mission cannot calculate these fees in advance. By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties and VAT.


Returns & Exchanges

ARE SALES FINAL?

Yes, all orders are final.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you need an exchange, email builtbymission@gmail.com with your order number and the requested change. Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Mission is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

If your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR A DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please email us within 3 days of delivery at builtbymission@gmail.com with photos of the issue and the packing slip.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

MY ORDER WAS MISSING AN ITEM, AND I RECEIVED A REFUND

If one or more items in your order were out of stock, we will refund the missing item(s) and ship the rest of your order.


Payments & Refunds

EXCHANGE RATES

Prices are listed in USD. Exchange rates fluctuate, so the amount charged at checkout and any applicable refunds may vary based on currency conversion.

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout—they cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Sale prices and promotions apply only during the specified timeframe and cannot be adjusted afterward.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card company.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.
