Who handles your information

BuiltByMission Inc. provides FIRST DROP WITH ZEZO and handles the information collected through this application. For application and privacy questions, contact builtbyzezo@gmail.com.

Information provided

The application asks for your name, email, Instagram username, brand stage, goals, obstacles, estimated product budget, readiness and age/guardian category. A phone number is optional, with a separate choice about a callback. The application does not ask for a date of birth, social-media password or payment details.

Purpose and contact

BuiltByMission Inc. and ZEZO use these details to review your application, understand your brand and contact you about private mentorship. A phone number alone is not callback consent; ZEZO calls only applicants who explicitly request it. Applying does not subscribe you to BuiltByMission email or SMS marketing and does not enroll you in paid mentorship.

Storage and access

Shopify hosts this page and Shopify Forms stores the application in the store’s administration system. A submission may create or match a Shopify customer profile without subscribing it to marketing. ZEZO and authorized store staff can access these records. Shopify sends an internal application alert and a secure submission-access link to builtbyzezo@gmail.com; Google/Gmail processes that notification.

Application information is retained for application review, related follow-up and necessary recordkeeping, only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or required by law. Access is limited to ZEZO and authorized staff through the service providers’ account permissions. Shopify and Google may process information outside your province or Canada, where different laws may apply. ZEZO reviews applications and makes mentorship acceptance decisions after speaking with applicants.

Booking and videos

If you choose to book a call after applying, Google Calendar collects the name, email and appointment details requested on its separate booking page. Google’s privacy terms apply. No mentorship payment is collected through this page or application.

Optional YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced embeds. No YouTube thumbnail or player is requested by this page before you choose play and Shopify’s cookie-permission settings allow it. Playing an embedded video connects your device to YouTube/Google, which receives information such as your IP address and browser details under its privacy terms.

Cookies and privacy choices

Shopify and enabled services may use cookies and similar technology for the application, security and abuse prevention, and for analytics or marketing where enabled and permitted. Existing cookie and privacy controls remain available to manage applicable choices. Applying is not consent to marketing. Opening or closing this notice does not change cookie choices.

Questions and requests

Contact builtbyzezo@gmail.com to ask about retention, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw optional-contact consent, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, identity verification and necessary recordkeeping exceptions. Withdrawing information needed for application review may prevent that review. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for the application.
